Support Groups
Group therapy sessions bring individuals together to share their experiences and support one another in a safe, structured environment. Group topics may include healing from anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as specific support groups for Christian women or individuals with ADHD. These groups provide a sense of community and collective healing, helping you realize that you are not alone in your struggles.
Psychoeducation Groups
In addition to support groups, I offer psychoeducational group sessions that focus on providing information and skills related to specific mental health issues. These sessions are designed to educate participants on managing symptoms, improving coping skills, and understanding the underlying causes of their conditions. Topics can range from DBT skills to stress management and effective communication.
