Individual Therapy

I provide in-person and virtual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma. Therapy is collaborative and focused, and sessions are structured to support meaningful and lasting change. Together, we identify patterns contributing to distress, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward increased emotional regulation, confidence, and overall well-being. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences with honesty and clarity while building the tools necessary for growth.


Walk-and-Talk Therapy

For clients who benefit from movement and nature, walk-and-talk sessions offer an alternative to traditional office-based therapy. This approach combines therapeutic conversation with light movement, which may support emotional processing and mind-body connection.

Walk-and-talk sessions are available when clinically appropriate and based on client preference.


EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a specialized, trauma-informed therapy designed to help process distressing memories and experiences. Using bilateral stimulation, EMDR supports the brain’s natural healing processes and can reduce the emotional intensity associated with trauma.

EMDR may be integrated into ongoing therapy when appropriate and aligned with treatment goals.


Group sessions, workshops, and other events may be periodically offered.
