Sales of services/workshops and digital products are final. They will not be refunded under any circumstances. 

All sales are final unless the product received arrives damaged. In order to receive a full refund, please contact seller and provide a picture of the package the product arrived in and of the damaged product. A determination will be made by seller as to whether the product qualifies for return/refund.
