
This will be a small, in-person stress management workshop for women who are carrying a lot right now. I teach women practical clinical and biblical strategies to lighten the load. My hope is that you leave with tools you can use immediately to calm your mind and body. It will be practical, grounded, and supportive.
Women who carry a lot often struggle to set limits without guilt.
